Fiber Optics Group (FOG), is an international group dedicated to innovation, performance, and sustainability in the field of optical fiber assemblies and associated photonic systems & subsystems. Founded in June 2023, the group chaired by J-F Vinchant Holding Strategy, welcomed the investment fund Yotta Capital Partners as majority shareholder. It was the first step in consolidating the financial position of FOG.
Today, Fiber Optics Group has reached a critical size by becoming multi-site. Indeed, it brings together three companies specializing in the fiber optics business. FOG became an expert in fiber optic assemblies for complex and extreme environments through the acquisition of the French company SEDI-ATI Fibres Optiques in July 2023. In December 2024, the French company IDIL Fibres Optiques joined FOG, giving the group an expertise in photonics engineering. And in May 2025, the Canadian company Fibertech Optica, a specialty fiber optic solutions manufacturer.
Together, these three subsidiaries have very strong technological and market synergies. They share common expertise, recognized technical know-how, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
