IDIL designs specific 1Dand 2D fiber arrays that can be placed on a silica V-Groove or other specific optical supports. We offer a wide range of fiber arrays using various types of optical fibers (single-mode, multi-mode, polarization maintaining, etc.) and any desired length. For interferometric applications, we ensure uniform fiber length among pigtails with an accuracy of ± 1mm. Our expertise in high-precision engineering guarantees precise positioning of optical fibers. The accurate pitch (spacing between fiber cores) within 1µM enables perfect alignment within SMA connectors, matching the entrance slit of spectrometers. Fiber arrays can be glued, fused or mounted on a silica V-Groove or other specific optical supports. We provide custom polishing to meet specific angle requirements. Contact us for more information.
